About Us
Strangebird is a brewery and restaurant located in Rochester, New York. We hope to be a place to bring folks of all feathers together in a modern, approachable, comfortable, and accepting environment. A place where you can drink award-winning, hand-crafted beers and eat made-from-scratch food. Our experienced team is ready to bring you high-quality, delicious beer and food.
Strangebird is open Thursday to Monday from 12:00 pm to 11:00pm. Kitchen closes at 9:00pm.
Location. We are located at 62 Marshall Street, Rochester NY 14607. We are centrally located close to downtown Rochester and right off I-490 if you’re driving.
Parking. We have a parking lot. Please enter on Marshall Street and exit on Broadway. If the parking lot is full, there is free public parking lot after 5PM on weekdays and all day on Saturday and Sunday at the end of Marshall Street.
No reservations. We operate on a first come, first served basis. You seat yourself wherever there’s an open seat!
Private events. Host your private event with us! The two spaces we have available for private and semi-private events are the Wood Room and the Brew Bar.
Catering. We can provide catering with great Strangebird food options for your off-site event! For more information, go to our Catering page.
Dog policy. Due to a variety of licensing, zoning, and safety regulations and reasons, we are unable to allow dogs indoors or outside at Strangebird, aside from certified service animals. We appreciate your understanding.
