How do I get to Strangebird?
We are located at 62 Marshall Street, Rochester NY 14607. We are centrally located close to downtown Rochester and right off I-490 if you’re driving.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we have a parking lot. Please enter on Marshall Street and exit on Broadway. If the parking lot is full, there is free public parking lot after 5PM on weekdays and all day on Saturday and Sunday at the end of Marshall Street. Ample street parking is available on Marshall Street and Monroe Avenue.
Do you take reservations?
We operate on a first come, first served basis. You seat yourself wherever there’s an open seat!
Do you have a private event space?
Our Wood Room holds up to 12 people seated. It's separated from the main dining room with a window for a view into our kitchen. For more information and to book, please go to our Wood Room page.
Due to a variety of licensing, zoning, and safety regulations and reasons, we are unable to allow dogs indoors or outside at Strangebird, aside from certified service animals. We appreciate your understanding.

We recommend that you keep all canned and bottled beer cold and drink ASAP.
Do you fill growlers?
Yes, we are filling growlers at the bar.
