Kings County Birding Club is a Fresh Hop IPA. Fresh hop means that the hops were kilned and dried less than 7 days from being used. Our friends, Ian and Bobby, from Kings County Brewing Collective (KCBC) joined us to select hops with us for this one. This New York State beer used hops from Skaneateles Hop Farm in Skaneateles and Pederson's Family Farm in Stanley, and grain that was grown right here in Monroe County! Kings County Birding Club has aromas of grapefruit, orange, citrus, honey pine, bread dough, and honeysuckle.
