PolewNICK is an experimental can conditioned Grodziskie beer. It is named and in collaboration with our friend and fellow brewer Nick Mesrobian. The smoke aroma and flavor come from German oak smoked malted wheat. After primary fermentation, this beer aged in freshly emptied whiskey barrels for 1 year.
