Salus is a Dark Saison. Salus spent a year maturing in our wild wood cellar, then another 6 months in a comprehensive maturation phase in the bottles and kegs. You’ll find it to be mildly tart with aromas reminiscent of stone fruits like plumb and tart cherry, that balance in harmony with notes of pie crust, fig, and molasses. Available in 4-packs of 330 mL bottles.
